This is a picture I just got around to making from some cell phone (8125) shots of the DMB concert in May. turned out quite nice.

Good to till the last bite?
Life, RandomnessSooo we’re not big cake eaters around the house here. So I’ve had a tupperware container full of coconut creme pie hanging out in the fridge for… Oh… about 5 weeks. It’s always there, just like an old friend. But tonight I was cleaning out the fridge of any food that might go bad in the 10 days that we’ll be gone to Portland. Fish… good! Pasta… good! So why should the pie be any different? First bite… good! Second… Great! Last bite… Soul crushing bitter mold taste! YUMMERS!!

Bart's People: North Carolina Wrestlers
Life, RandomnessI really wish I could have a better picture of this sign. It’s an advertisement for the “Superior Wrestling League” event that was actually happening that night. We should have skipped the driving back to Virginia to see Mr. Sexy take on Curtis Cline. They obviously have a relaxed definition of “Sexy” down in NC. The undercard matches look awesome… we missed out.
Bart's People: This Guy
Life, RandomnessThere are so many things going on with this guy that I couldn’t even find one specific thing to comment on. I woke up on the metro and just saw him wobbling there like a lumbering beast. First there’s this giant tent of a coat that he’s wearing that makes his arms seem about a foot too short. But on top of that he’s carrying the worlds smallest duffel bag which makes him seem even bigger. As if that wasn’t enough he’s listening to music on a set of headphones with a microphone attached. At any moment he could be radioing the tower to make sure the runway’s clear to land.
I don’t know where he came from or where he went, but here’s to you “Giant Weird Guy”!

Life, RandomnessIf I were a horse, I'd be dead now.
Life, RandomnessWhat do Rice Kispies and my ankle have in common?
Well the first one has a cute slogan that has a new horrific meaning to me.
The first pictures are about 3 weeks old now, so my it’s significantly better now. I’ve actually played 2 games of basketball on it. It’s still bigger than the other foot, but I hope that will come down with time. This is by far the worst sprain I’ve ever had, I could barely walk on it for the first 3 days. Now I just have to keep it wrapped up for the games and try to be aware of it.
RIP Barbaro, my homie.
