Do you ever get dressed in a hurry in the morning, but still feel good about it. Then you get to work and look down and realize that you’re wearing the dirtiest pants possible? It looks like my crotch has been groped by a West Virginia miner. I think this is the best argument for always buying dark khakis.
Oh well, lets just hope people at work don’t look at my crotch very often.

I have no real proof that he’s the tallest cat, but he sure seems that way. I’ve never met another cat that’s as lanky as he is. He really likes to flaunt it also, he’s always standing in an “Egyptian statue pose” or just prancing around the house.

I gotta admit there’s something magical about a one hundred inch tv being displayed by a beautiful korean woman. Maybe it’s something about their angular faces that really goes well with electronics… or I just read too many gadget blogs.
I really wish that I had a better camera for this one. I have seen this guy before but have never taken a picture of him. He’s the real life version of [W:Waluigi] from the Nintendo games. He’s got the most impressive facial hair on the Orange Line, by a wide margin. I’m sure he just works for a government agency or something but I would love to see him playing tennis in purple overalls.
I’ve sort of been the event coordinator for a group of my friends for this years show. I think I have 3 people (maybe 4) that want to show at the 2009 show. I think Artomatic is one of the best things to happen in the DC area all year. I’m sure that some professional artists look down on the event as a dilution of the Art scene in DC by inviting all of the outsiders in. But I think it just gets people excited about Art! I think it’s the perfect place for people like myself, who have training in the Arts but choose to work in other fields. It’s also great for our friends, most of who are not fruit loving art-hipsters.
Registration is this Friday at Noon. and the show starts in about 45 days.

Everybody has that one pair of socks that always fall down or that undershirt that has shrunk from ten thousand washes. Well today, because I’m way behind on my sock/underwear laundry. I’m wearing the bottom of the drawers. Uncomfortable boxers, undershirt, socks, and somehow I think my jeans have shrunk too. Lengthwise (not the waist, wiseass)
It’s going to be a long day.
